Delete your account
- Email support with the subject “Delete my account” and the phone number you sign in with.
- We confirm the request is yours — usually with a one-time code to that number.
- We delete your account and personal data within 30 days and email you when it is done.
Records the law requires pharmacies to keep — prescriptions, the pharmacist’s verification, Schedule H1 register entries and tax invoices — are retained for the legally required period, as the privacy policy explains.
